For several murders, the state has repeatedly insisted on the existence of a joint commission of the Ministry of Public Order, the Intelligence Service, and the General Prosecutor’s Office to investigate several criminal offenses. None of these institutions has stated or made public the names of the members or the conclusions of the work. Perhaps precisely because the commission’s activity still seems to range from drugs and prostitution to murders. On the other hand, it has expanded far too much, involving above all trafficking of all kinds and crimes against the constitutional order of the country. The constant changes in the ranks of the public order structures have also not been accompanied by justified appointments and professional moves of those people who have never broken away from their past. Thus, as in other criminal cases. None of these institutions has stated or made public the names of the members or the conclusions of the work. This rather bleak and sad picture of the commission’s work also comes from the signals sent by SHIK. Yesterday, a 100-page file arrived at the premises of “Koha jonë”, containing several nominal lists and explanations regarding the activity of several high-ranking officials of the Albanian police in drug trafficking and prostitution. On the other hand, it is said that members of this structure and other senior police officials are being implicated in oil smuggling with the former Yugoslavia. The material is signed by the head of SHIK and has been made part of the highest structures of the Albanian state and the Ministry of Public Order. In addition to police officials, other persons are named as well, known as controllers of this business. Instead of names, which we are publishing with initials in order to protect some of the people involved in these matters, the following page of the article publishes part of the list with the names of the persons implicated in this activity. This also explains the order against re[?]montes and criminal operations appointed to office, nests of crime.
